WWE The Shields Final Chapter
Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley vs. The Shield (Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose)
So I found myself stuck for this review after three or four matches either didn’t hold my attention or gave me nothing to work with. So instead I went to randomizer, got a random name (Ambrose), and picked out a match.
You don’t need a history on The Shield. We all enjoyed the Shields run, and even after bleeding the well dry with reunions and teases, we were still excited to see the threesome team together. For the time being this is the last time The Shield would wrestle as a unit but never say never when it comes to wrestling.
This was a live event they turned into a special because of the occasion and it shows. The match is fairly paint by numbers but that doesn’t mean any of them phoned it in. The six don’t do anything too fancy or exciting but the crowd loved seeing the Shield. It’s a good match for what it is but it’s nothing to go out of your way to watch.
